First looks at PEs are circulating across the G League at the behest of Dink Pate. The Reebok Engine A is everywhere. Following months filled with teasers and an on-court unveiling, the Boston-based brand is bringing its latest construction to the masses this Thursday, February 13. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After announcing the signings of Buzelis, Reese, Pate and five-star high school prospect Nate Ament\u2014joining 2021 signee Lexie Brown\u2014the brand has been gearing up for a monumental return led by a new generation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m pumped for the launch of Engine A, it has everything I need to feel supported on the court and stylish,\u201d Ament says. \u201cAs a young athlete, it\u2019s an honor to be part of the Reebok team during such a huge moment, and I\u2019m excited for the future ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the first time since the early 2010s, Reebok is back in its bag with new innovation. But echoes of the past can still be seen through an updated lens. Insightful eyes may have caught the silhouette\u2019s \u201990s inspiration right off the bat when Angel debuted the gleaming \u201cSilver\u201d pair last August. The molded exoskeleton upper\u2019s layered appearance takes notable design strokes from the famed Mobius line. And the synonymous Energy Return System (ERS) that graced the Reebok Pump Omni Zone and numerous other compositions across the late \u201980s returns in 2025 to outfit the midsole. Plus, a duo of nitrogen-infused SuperFloat cushioning elements at the heel and forefoot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the coming months, more colorways will appear and more signings to Team RBK.B will be announced. Matas has already keyed us into a bright orange and baby blue offering while Dink broke out a G League Ignite-inspired PE on more than one occasion. The gears of Reebok\u2019s resurgence have been in motion for some time. Call it a reclamation or even a revival. The revolution isn\u2019t on the way. It\u2019s here, courtesy of the Engine A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
